What is BOS (Building Operating System)?
BOS uses engines such as statistics, AI, and machine learning to analyze the collect data by IoT devices such as BMS (building management system), BAS (building automation system), environmental sensors, and IVA (intelligent video analysis). Furthermore, it is a platform service that enables mutual cooperation of various enterprise applications such as energy management, asset management, and entry / exit management.
Digital service providers will be able to freely connect multiple layers of abstraction called APIs and multiple control and monitoring systems.This makes it easy for digital service providers to interact with field device data points.
Property owners can not only improve building maintainability through the integration of smart building apps, but also continue to increase the value of their property portfolio.
